We innovate business models, grasp procurement timing, and maintain market control to achieve the lowest benchmark costs in the industry and among similar processes.

④We collaborate with the Pre-Ironmaking Management Center and the Technical Research Center to research and optimize the material ratio structure, ensuring maximum group benefits.

⑤We stay on track of the price difference between futures and spot materials, flexibly adjust procurement strategies, and reduce procurement costs.

⑥Working with the Planning and Finance Department, we do a good on the management of capital operations, including adjustments to accounts payable and prepayments, invoice collection, and more.

⑦We monitor each vehicle’s underweight and indicator data, and promptly coordinate to resolve quality disputes.

⑧We standardize business operations, prevent business risks, and focus on anti-corruption efforts while actively promoting business intelligence.

⑨We’re responsible for the receipt, issuance, storage, data collection, ledger establishment, and safety management of all materials in the group. Ensure consistent management between accounts and physical assets.

Spare Parts Procurement Group

It’s responsible for procuring spare parts and equipment for various production plants and technical renovation projects within the enterprise. The group is assigned to complete the procurement tasks for spare parts and equipment according to the material plans submitted by production plants and technical renovation projects, ensuring sufficient supply of high-quality spare parts and equipment on schedule to meet production needs. Its duty also includes effectively managing suppliers and completing the procurement, cost reduction, and efficiency tasks assigned by the department.
