To ensure the robust development of the company, the branch aims to improve the learning ability, innovation capacity, cohesion, competitiveness, influence, and appeal of all employees. In line with the realities of the Group, the company has developed a “Party Building +” model.

The essence of the “Party Building +” approach is to ensure that party building serves the Party's mission, integrating party building tasks into every aspect and stage of economic and social development.

1. “Party Building+” Corporate Culture Development. The company organizes “Employee Cultural and Recreational” activities, encouraging employees to read more and participate in various sports competitions held within the district. Additionally, it arranges friendly matches with neighboring companies, enriching employees’ recreational and cultural life.

2. “Party Building+” Trade Union Work. The company strengthens employees’ sense of social responsibility and continues to support paired assistance programs. This includes organizing volunteer visits to elderly individuals in need within the Shuangliushu community of Haigang District, demonstrating the company’s respect and care for the elderly. Party members take the lead in the engagement in volunteer services, showing concern for the well-being of frontline employees, with an intention to foster a harmonious work environment. The company actively participates in various volunteer service activities organized by the company and the higher-level Party committee, such as elderly care services, blood donation drives, and urban public health maintenance during their spare time.

3. “Party Building+” Production and Operations The company leverages the exemplary role of Party members in production and operations. For major service projects and urgent or challenging tasks, at least one Communist Party member who is a technical expert is involved to lead and set an example.

4. “Party Building+” Talent Development The company actively promotes and encourages young members of the Youth League to align with the Party, showing concern for their growth and progress. It actively fosters aspiring Party members, recommending them for training organized by higher-level Party committees in a timely manner, helping them establish the correct motivation for joining the Party, and strengthening their Party spirit, which mentally prepares them to be an eligible Party member. Based on the principle of “active cultivation and prudent development”, those who have completed the training and performed well are promptly admitted as probationary members of the Communist Party of China.

5. “Party Building+” Talent Recruitment The company implements initiatives to forge strong commitments, take on social responsibilities, and contribute to the development of Haigang District. Through a talent-empowered enterprise strategy, the company focuses on building a team of technical talents in the steel industry to support sustainable development. Since relocating to Haigang District, the company has recruited dozens of individuals with bachelor's and master's degrees and created over 400 local jobs, actively fulfilling its corporate social responsibility. With new achievements, the company aims to realize the goals of “New Industry, Major Port, High Technology”, and, with a pioneering spirit, contribute to the Chinese-style modernization process outlined in the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

6. “Party Building+” Implementation Measures The “Party Building +” task in the company is a long-term endeavor that requires persistent and consistent implementation. The approach to advancing the task includes “organizing activities, setting benchmarks, creating momentum, and establishing firm beliefs”.
