The Party General Branch Committee of Heibei Huaxi Special Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to “Huaxi Special Steel”) is currently led by Party General Branch Secretary Liu Dongyue, Deputy Secretary Li Zhaozhong, and Propaganda Committee Member Yang Weichen. The Party General Branch consists of 63 members and 10 active participants, with three subordinate branches: the Administrative Party Branch, the Steelmaking Party Branch, and the Ironmaking Party Branch.

The Party General Branch of Huaxi Special Steel organizes its members to thoroughly study Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the important thought of the “Three Represents”, the Scientific Outlook on Development, and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. All activities are closely aligned with the company’s core objectives and key tasks. Under the correct leadership of the higher-level Party committee, our Party General Branch diligently promotes and implements the Party’s line, principles, policies, and the resolutions of the CPC Central Committee and superior organizations.

Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we faithfully follow the directives of the company’s Party Committee and higher-level Party committees, striving to build a dedicated, pragmatic, and pioneering team. Centered around the “New Steel Workers” brand development in the Haigang District, we are committed to forging a new image of the steel industry worker, characterized by determination and resilience.

In 2022, our Party General Branch was honored as an Advanced Grassroots Party Organization in the Haigang Development Zone and as a Model Site for Grassroots Party Building in Tangshan. In 2023, it was recognized as a Category A Grassroots Party Organization in Tangshan.

The Party General Branch focuses on improving the quality of Party members, enhancing the cohesion of the Party organization, raising the skill levels of Party members, and fostering a civilized workplace. We are committed to strengthening Party organization and member development, promoting Party conduct and integrity, and advancing spiritual civilization. Through initiatives such as the "Two Studies, One Action" education, “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind” thematic education, and Party history learning, we have fully harnessed the role of the Party organization as a bastion of strength and the exemplary role of Party members. This has provided reliable ideological and organizational guarantees for the successful implementation of our company’s work and the fulfillment of our goals and objectives. Each branch strictly adheres to the “Three Meetings and One Lecture” system, diligently conducts democratic evaluations of Party members, and organizes performance reviews for grassroots Party branch secretaries. High-quality activities such as Party member lectures and reading clubs are also regularly held.
