Heibei Huaxi Special Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huaxi Special Steel) was established in 2019 in the Haigang Economic Development Zone of Tangshan City. The company has a registered capital of 2.6 billion yuan, covers an area of 2,154 acres, and has a total investment of approximately 10 billion yuan. It is a large-scale steel conglomerate integrating sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking, oxygen production, power generation, and rolling.

Current Equipment: two sets of 600t double-chamber lime kilns, one set of 320m² sintering machine; one set of 2,300m³ blast furnace; one set of 170t converter; one set of 12-strand continuous casting machine; two oxygen generators (12,000m³ and 25,000m³ each), one set of 80MW ultra-high-temperature subcritical power generation unit, one wastewater treatment plant; one set of 80,000 cubic meter converter gas tank, one set of 150,000 cubic meter blast furnace gas tank, and other supporting facilities. The annual production is 1.76 million tons of molten iron and 1.7 million tons of steel. The 3,800mm wide and thick plate production line of the second phase of steelmaking includes the Jingye’s Huaxi Special Plate Co., Ltd. is listed as a key provincial project. The production line mainly produces plates with widths from 1,600 to 3,600mm and thicknesses from 6 to 200mm, with an annual production capacity of 2 million tons.
