Huaxi Special Steel has actively responded to the instructions of the Group’s General Manager and Group’s leaders by comprehensively deepening the “Five-Anti” work.

All leaders and employees of Huaxi Special Steel have thoroughly studied and implemented the instructions of the group’s general manager and group leaders. The instructions especially emphasized that leaders need to do a good job in the “Five Antis” work by self-criticism, self-analysis, and self-reflection. In order to promote the overall improvement of Huaxi Special Steel’s management level and work efficiency.

The management of Huaxi Special Steel attached great importance to this activity and organized a special meeting to conduct an in-depth interpretation and discussion of the instructions from the General Manager and other leaders of the Group. Everyone agreed that doing a good job in the “Five-Anti” work is an important measure to improve personal quality, optimize the work environment and promote enterprise development.

In terms of self-criticism, the leaders at the base actively identify their own shortcomings and problems in work, boldly admit mistakes and actively seek ways to make improvement. They said that only through continuous self-criticism can they discover their weaknesses, and then make improvements to enhance the work effectiveness.

In terms of self-analysis, the leaders conducted an in-depth analysis of their work and comprehensively examined various aspects from multiple aspects such as the ideology, methodology and execution. They realize that only by deeply understanding their own strengths and weaknesses can they formulate targeted improvement plans and better serve the development of the company.

In terms of self-reflection, the leaders at the base constantly reflect on their attitudes and behaviors at work to ensure that they maintain a high level of responsibility and professionalism. They said that only by constantly reflecting can they discover and correct their mistakes in a timely manner to ensure the smooth progress of work.

The company has taken a series of practical measures to ensure that the “Five Antis” is implemented in a down-to-earth manner.

Deputy Section Chiefs and Above Shall Write Self-examination Reports

In order to ensure that the “Five-Anti” work is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, the Huaxi Base requires leaders at the deputy section level and above to set an example and write self-inspection reports carefully. The report covers the individual’s self-examination in work, study, life and other aspects, especially the five-anti initiative. The first anti is to fight against arrogance, self-righteousness, failure to implement the group spirit, doing things in one’s own way and acting independently. The second anti is to fight against the superficial work, the lack of investigation and research, the failure to solve practical problems, and the obsession with meetings, speeches and random directions. The third anti is to fight against the ignorance of technology, the reluctance to learn technology, the failure to give technicians important roles, pretending to know what one does not know, and blindly working without consideration. The fourth anti is to fight against the lack of thought, the lack of stance, the lack of position—one remains indifferent and numb to those who undermine the group, allowing such behaviors to continue unchecked and even echoing their sentiments. The fifth anti is to fight against the lack of job performance, the lack of basic management, the lack of improvement in basic conditions for creating benefits, and the self-examination of muddling along.

In the report, the leaders listed in detail their own shortcomings in ideology, work style, discipline, etc., and put forward specific measures for improvement. At the same time, they also combined the actual work and deeply analyzed the importance of the five-anti work in the development of the enterprise, which further enhanced the sense of responsibility and mission of all leaders and employees.

Held A Meeting to Report Works

In order to fully understand and grasp the progress of the five-anti work in various departments, Huaxi Special Steel organized a special reporting meeting in the middle conference room on the second floor of the office building on May 27. The meeting was chaired by the Company’s leaders and attended by heads of various departments.

During the reporting session, the heads of various departments reported in detail the progress of the five-antis work, the achievements made, and the problems that existed based on the actual situation of their departments. The Company leaders listened carefully to the report, fully affirmed the work of each department, and put forward specific guidance opinions on existing problems. The participants were divided into three groups, and were evaluated and ranked.

In addition, the meeting also conducted in-depth discussions on how to further promote the five-anti work and formed a series of practical measures and plans.

All Departments Are Required to Carry Out the “Five-Anti” Campaign in Depth

To ensure that the Five-Anti Campaign is comprehensively rolled out and deeply implemented at all levels of the company, Huaxi Special Steel requires each department to formulate specific implementation plans based on its own characteristics.

In these implementation plans, the objectives, tasks, measures, and timelines for the “Five-Anti” campaign have been clearly defined, and corresponding evaluation mechanisms have been established. At the same time, they have strengthened educational and promotional activities among employees, guiding them to establish correct values and behavioral standards through forms such as lectures and themed events.

Through this study and implementation activity, all the leaders and employees of Huaxi Special Steel deeply realized the importance and urgency of doing a good job in the “Five-Anti” campaign. The participants said that they would take this activity as an opportunity to further strengthen their own construction, improve their capabilities, and contribute their own efforts to the sustainable development of the base.

     At the same time, Huaxi Special Steel will continue to strengthen communication and cooperation with the Group, report work progress and existing problems in a timely manner, and strive for the support and guidance from the Group. We believe that under the care and guidance of the General Manager and the leaders from the Group, Huaxi Special Steel will be able to continuously improve its management level and work efficiency and make greater contributions to the development of the Group.
