Through thirty-six years of enduring dedication, we have forged a legacy of brilliance by deeply cultivating the high-end market. On the occasion of Jingye Group’s 36th anniversary, to thoroughly implement the Group’s core strategy of “Going all out to develop special steel and pursuing a high-end development path,” Huaxi Special Steel organized an online “High-End Knowledge” competition from March 23 to 27. The event sparked a company-wide wave of enthusiasm for studying high-end development concepts and practicing the special steel development strategy. It served as a tribute to the Group’s 36th anniversary through a strong atmosphere of intellectual engagement.

Organized and planned by the General Office, this knowledge competition was open to all active employees and conducted via online quizzes on a WeChat mini-program. The question bank was closely aligned with core documents, including the series of speeches by Group leaders on high-end development, the full text of the Mobilization Order on Going All out to Develop Special Steel and Pursuing a High-End Development Path, and the Concepts for Transitioning to High-End Development. Through 20 multiple-choice questions, the event promoted learning through competition and guided all employees to gain a profound knowledge of the Group’s strategic deployment for high-end transformation, unify their thinking, and build consensus.

At 2:00 PM on April 2, the General Office held the award ceremony for the “High-End Development Concept” Knowledge Competition in the conference room on the west side of the office building.
