As autumn deepens and the fragrance of osmanthus fills the air, Huaxi Special Steel Co., Ltd. is abuzz with a warm and joyful atmosphere in celebration of the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day. To express gratitude for the hard work of all employees, the company has carefully prepared a thoughtful holiday gift - a generous package consisting of 25 kilograms of premium rice, 25 kilograms of refined flour, and mooncakes filled with blessings, which are being delivered to all staff through organized distribution at various departments.

To ensure the benefits are distributed efficiently and orderly, the General Affairs Office began preparations two weeks in advance. From selecting rice and flour suppliers through market comparison, to ordering low-sugar, healthy mooncake gift boxes, every detail was meticulously planned. The team also cross-checked the number of employees in each department to ensure "no one is left out," and created a well-structured schedule for the distribution process, ensuring smooth and staggered pickup at different departments.

"We specifically chose Northeast black soil rice from COFCO, high-gluten flour, and low-sugar mooncakes from Fenghuang Renjia, not only to ensure employees and their families can eat with peace of mind and health, but also to guarantee that this thoughtful gift reaches every employee on time," said Gao Jie, Director of the General Affairs Office.

On the day of distribution, trucks loaded with hundreds of tons of rice, flour, and mooncakes arrived one after another, steadily parking at designated distribution points. The Administrative Vice President, Dang Xianxing, led the General Affairs Office team, arriving early on-site to ensure smooth organization. Dang personally coordinated vehicle parking, planned the distribution process, and, leading by example, joined the team in unloading and moving the goods.

At the distribution site, sacks of rice and flour stacked up like small mountains, while boxes of beautifully packaged mooncakes were arranged neatly. Each department cooperated actively, ensuring an orderly process of moving, counting, and distributing the goods.

“This welfare is so practical! Rice and flour are essentials for daily life. The company really knows what we need,” one employee said. 

“I was worried about what to bring back to my hometown for the holidays, but now the company has prepared everything for us - what a generous 'double' gift!” another employee exclaimed. 

The workers moving the benefits wore broad smiles, and the sound of forklifts and pickup trucks combined with the laughter of employees turned the plant into a bustling “harvest field.”
