Hebei Huaxi Special Steel Co., Ltd. is the relocated company following the capacity swap of "Hebei Huaxi Steel Co., Ltd." Huaxi Steel was recognized as a provincial-level green factory in 2008, and after relocating to the Haigang Development Zone, Huaxi Special Steel continued its commitment to green development. The company has adhered to the principles of "green, low-carbon, energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, technologically advanced, and intelligently controlled" operations, aiming to achieve "total control, scientific planning, rational layout, energy conservation, environmental protection, technological progress, and transformation innovation." Huaxi Special Steel has set the benchmark for green steel manufacturing in Haigang. After undergoing a rigorous evaluation process, the company was officially awarded the title of "Provincial-Level Green Factory" by the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology on September 12, 2024. This honor recognizes our past relentless efforts in environmental protection and serves as a powerful driving force for our future commitment to promoting green manufacturing and achieving high-quality development.

Since its establishment in March 2019, Huaxi Special Steel has always considered environmental protection as the lifeblood of the company’s development. We have successfully implemented multiple energy-saving and emission-reduction projects, including introducing high-efficiency production equipment, optimizing production processes to reduce waste emissions, and establishing a comprehensive wastewater and air pollution treatment system to ensure that all emissions meet or exceed national and local environmental standards. Additionally, we actively promote resource recycling, achieving reduced waste generation, resource recovery, and harmless treatment, effectively alleviating the environmental burden.

The recognition as a "Provincial-Level Green Factory" is not only due to the high priority placed by company leadership on establishing a dedicated green factory management system, clarifying departmental responsibilities, and continuously improving green manufacturing performance, but also because we strictly adhered to the provincial-level green factory evaluation standards. These include, but are not limited to, improvements in energy resource utilization efficiency and clean production levels. The honor also acknowledges the company’s strong sense of social responsibility and sustainable development planning. Being awarded the "Provincial-Level Green Factory" title is both an honor and a responsibility. We will use this as a new starting point, remain true to our mission, and press forward with determination, striving for even higher-quality and more sustainable development.
